Resume analysis

A resume checker that tells you the truth

Most resume tools flatter you into paying. ZorixOS scores your resume the way an ATS and a tired recruiter actually will: deterministically, with every piece of feedback backed by a quote from your own resume.

An ATS score measures how reliably applicant-tracking software can parse your resume and how well its content matches what a target role screens for. The ZorixOS resume checker scores parseability, quantified impact in each bullet, keyword coverage for your target role, and section completeness. Scoring is deterministic, meaning the same resume always receives the same score, and every piece of feedback quotes a line from your own resume as evidence.

What the analysis covers

ATS parseability

Whether applicant-tracking systems can actually read your layout, headings, dates, and contact block, with the exact issues listed and ranked worst first.

Role-specific evidence

The evidence a hiring manager for your role family expects to see. A product resume is checked for experimentation and discovery, a data resume for SQL, statistics and pipelines, a nursing resume for patient care and licences.

Bias and compliance flags

Date of birth, age, gender, marital status, nationality, photo and ID numbers are not job related, invite bias, and get resumes discarded in many markets. We flag them so you can remove them.

Impact and evidence

Bullet-by-bullet review of whether your experience shows quantified outcomes or just lists duties, with rewrites to fix the weak ones.

Keyword fit for your target role

Coverage of the skills and terms your target role actually screens for, and which ones are missing.

Deterministic scoring

The same resume always gets the same score, so when your score goes up it is because the resume got better.

Evidence-gated feedback

Every claim in the report quotes your resume. If the analysis cannot point to evidence, it does not say it.

Connected to everything

Your analysis feeds your job match scores, interview prep, and the autofill profile, so one upload powers the whole platform.

Frequently asked questions

What does the ATS score measure?+

Parseability and substance. On the parsing side: section structure and standard headings, contact completeness, employment dates, reverse-chronological order, gaps over six months, and layout that breaks text extraction such as tables and columns. On the substance side: what share of your bullets carry a number, what share open with an action verb, bullets running past two lines, filler language, keyword stuffing, and keyword coverage for your target role. It also flags personal details that invite hiring bias, such as date of birth, marital status or a photo, and checks the specific evidence a hiring manager for your role family expects to see. The scoring is deterministic, so the same resume gets the same score every time.

How is this different from other resume checkers?+

Two ways. First, honesty: feedback must quote evidence from your actual resume, and if a section is weak the report says so instead of padding you with praise. Second, it is connected: the same analysis powers your job match scores and interview preparation, so fixing your resume improves everything downstream.

What file types can I upload?+

PDF is best. Your file is virus-scanned on upload, encrypted at rest, never shared, and never used to train public AI models. You can delete it, and everything else, at any time.

Can I track improvements over time?+

Yes. Every analysis is saved to your history, so you can re-run after edits, compare scores, and export a report.
